At Sweet Bloom Coffee, we strive to ensure every roast meets our high standards; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. If you are unsatisfied with your order or have issues with brewing equipment, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a resolution.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue you are experiencing with your coffee or gear.
- 2.Quality Assessment
For coffee quality concerns, our team will review the roast date and batch details to ensure our flavor profiles and quality standards were met.
- 3.Ship Equipment Returns
If returning unused brewing equipment, pack the item securely in its original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send it back to our roastery.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once your request is approved, we will either ship out a fresh replacement bag, offer a store credit, or issue a refund to your original payment method.
